This Charcuterie Board is made from Iron Bark Eucalyptus that was sourced from the Urban Forest. It has a deep red color fading to brown. It is Very Hard wood and is not to be used as a cutting board.

All boards are grain raised twice to provide extra smooth surface, and emersed in Food Grade mineral oil twice and allowed to drip dry before application of locally sourced Bee's Wax and mineral oil paste to provide long lasting protection. Each board is shipped with a 3 ounce can of Wit's End Woodworking and Design Board Butter and board maintenance instructions.
